Earlier this summer we had the great pleasure of meeting up with Mark Cartwright from National Highways, who focuses on ways to reduce the number of incidents on the UK’s road network, involving commercial vehicles. Vast in knowledge and with a broad remit, we discussed a range of topics that concern the courier van sector, and safety in general when it comes to the multitude of factors that need to be considered by commercial vehicle operators - and those responsible for them.
